ISABEL LU will provide an exchange or store credit for all non-clearance items received within fourteen (14) days of when the items were shipped (excluding shipping charges), provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product or incorrect merchandise (style,size, color), you must notify Customer Service within three (3) days of receiving the product and provide photo of the defect to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
Non Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Clearance Items
- All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Clearance sale is FINAL SALE and we will not accept requests for exchanges.
- Returns received after 14 days from ship date
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and or stains
ISABEL LU reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchanges, and to update this Policy without notice.
How to Send Back Your Exchange (US Orders)
Please contact customer service for exchange/store credit approval. After approval, please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or receiving store credit on the item.
We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
